ABOUT THE PROPERTY   

Our home is a 13th-century Burgundy-style house featuring a charming dovecote. 
 
With a total area of 110 m² and a 20 m² terrace offering breathtaking views of the Saint Cassien Church in the village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, this house combines history and comfort. 
 
Fully renovated in 2024, it is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 8 guests. 
 
Located in the historic center of the wine-producing village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, it is just 100 meters from the entrance of the Château, with all essential amenities close by (grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, tobacco shop, café, restaurants, and wine bars). 
 
The village is a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Beaune (the shopping center is only a 5-minute drive away). 
 
Hop on your bikes! The village is crossed by the Route des Grands Crus cycle path, which stretches from Gevrey-Chambertin to Santenay. 
 
You can visit the Hospices de Beaune, enjoy tastings of Burgundy’s most renowned wines, savor the region’s cuisine, take walks or bike rides through the vineyards, and explore nearby gems like Châteauneuf, Dijon, and the Côte Chalonnaise – each just a 30-minute drive away.

The accommodation  

The house is accessible via an external staircase. Inside, you’ll find a spacious 40 m² living area with a lounge and dining room, open to a 12 m² kitchen that leads to the terrace with its view of the village church, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Guest access

Guests can access the house through a private, independent entrance with a key box for easy and autonomous check-in. 
A parking space is available right at the house, with additional free parking near the church.

Getting around

In Savigny, everything is within walking distance. To explore the surrounding area, you can rent a car (Auto Leclerc). The Beaune train station is 5 kilometers away (an 8-minute drive). Taxis are available by reservation.
